ARC stands for Access, Rise, Champion. It's the path every member travels -- at their own pace, in their own way.
The Open Door
Access is the foundation. No barriers, no gatekeeping. Anyone can walk through the door and immediately become part of the community. We start with the most fundamental human need -- a meal -- and build from there.
Community meals happen weekly. Open workshops run on weekends. Resource connections are available to everyone, always. The only requirement is showing up.

Building Real Skills
Rise is where curiosity becomes craft. Members choose structured learning tracks -- music production, visual arts, coding, culinary arts, public speaking -- and work with mentors who've walked the path before them.
Every track includes project-based learning, culminating in a showcase where members present what they've built. It's not about grades. It's about growth you can see, hear, taste, and touch.

Leading the Mission
